These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GoVibeWorld ("Platform", "Service", "App", "Website"), owned and operated by Erick Appolinary ("Owner", "We", "Us", "Our").

By accessing or using GoVibeWorld, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

Whether you're planning your next journey or simply curious about life in another part of the world, GoVibeWorld brings people, places, and cultures closer together. GoVibeWorld reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

1A. PLATFORM PURPOSE

GoVibeWorld is designed to help users discover the world through authentic travel, cultural, and social experiences. Users may share photos, videos, and stories to help others explore countries, cultures, traditions, places, and everyday life around the world. The platform encourages respectful cultural sharing, authentic storytelling, and positive global discovery.

• Discover hidden places and off-the-beaten-path destinations
• Create private trip plans around their own budget
• Share travel stories and authentic moments
• Upload photos and videos with premium creative tools
• Connect with a global community through real experiences

This section describes the platform purpose and does not limit or alter any legal protections, liability limitations, or content ownership rules set out in the remaining sections of these Terms.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, users may create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Keep login credentials private
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

GoVibeWorld reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal content
• Harass or threaten others
• Post hate speech or violent content
• Upload misleading or fraudulent travel content
• Impersonate another person
• Spam, advertise excessively, or manipulate engagement
• Upload copyrighted material you do not own

Travel-related content must remain respectful and lawful.

4. USER CONTENT & OWNERSHIP

Users retain ownership of photos and content uploaded to GoVibeWorld. However, by uploading content, you grant GoVibeWorld a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content
• Store your content
• Promote travel experiences within the platform
• Feature public travel content for discovery purposes

This permission may continue after content is publicly shared unless deleted by the user. You confirm that you own the content uploaded, or have permission to upload it. GoVibeWorld is not responsible for user-uploaded content.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

GoVibeWorld, including but not limited to source code, platform architecture, features, maps integration, design systems, branding, logos, visual identity, user interface, databases, algorithms, and platform organization, are protected intellectual property owned by Erick Appolinary. Users may NOT:

• Copy GoVibeWorld
• Clone or imitate the platform
• Reverse engineer systems
• Replicate functionality for commercial use
• Extract source code
• Scrape data or automate extraction
• Reproduce platform layouts or proprietary systems
• Use GoVibeWorld branding without permission

Unauthorized copying, replication, or commercial exploitation may result in legal action.

6. PROHIBITED AUTOMATION & SCRAPING

You may not:

• Use bots to scrape platform data
• Collect travel content automatically
• Copy user-generated content in bulk
• Perform unauthorized API access
• Attempt to overload platform infrastructure

GoVibeWorld reserves the right to block automated systems.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS

GoVibeWorld may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

• Abuse
• Fraudulent activity
• Copyright violations
• Harmful behavior
• Platform manipulation
• Violating these Terms

We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice.

8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

GoVibeWorld provides travel-related content for informational and community purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy of travel information, safety of destinations, availability of locations, or reliability of user-generated content. Users travel at their own discretion and responsibility. GoVibeWorld shall not be liable for travel losses, injuries, booking issues, or damages resulting from reliance on content.

9. PRIVACY

Your use of GoVibeWorld is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and processing of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. MODIFICATIONS

GoVibeWorld reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of Malta and relevant European Union regulations where applicable.
